The Luise-Albertz Hall Convention Centre is situated in the heart of the Ruhr Area conurbation, in the immediate vicinity of all major autobahn connections and just 30 minutes from Düsseldorf International Airport. The Convention Centre incorporates an nH-Hotel (4-star category), its own parking garage, and an idyllic park area. As a multi-functional event centre, it always has the right space available for the organisers of conferences, congresses, seminars, trade fairs, exchanges, product presentations and entertainment events. Provided with the latest technology and a service-oriented team, the convention centre makes the highest demands of itself with up to 3,600 m2 for up to 2,900 guests. Three generously designed foyers allow multiple events to take place simultaneously without difficulty.

The unique selling point of the Luise-Albertz Hall Convention Centre in national competition is the total management focus on quality. Certified under ISO DIN EN 9001:2000, and as such corresponding to the highest of all conceivable quality certificates, the team at the Luise-Albertz Hall complies in all areas with very successfull quality standards for "advisory services, planning and execution of events". Their aim is to achieve unconditional customer satisfaction, regularly measured using customer satisfaction surveys. Since 2008, the Luise-Albertz Hall Convention Centre has also been the registered office of the German convention association DeGefest.
